Hello, I’m Jane, founder and CEO of SheoakHill Group, a collective of innovation, strategy, and people advisers.

Previously, I held the position of A/Chief Executive Officer of Southern Cross Care WA Inc (SCC), one of Western Australia’s largest aged-care providers.
In my time with SCC, I delivered new services and innovations to make it a future-focused business with high industry visibility. Many of the service innovations I led were a first for the industry, expanding the organisation from aged care into health care and housing innovation.
Working on these innovations with senior management and the board was a highlight of my career.
I have enjoyed several c-Suite leadership roles over more than 15 years and successfully led strategy, human resources, marketing, sales, customer experience, and growth programs for businesses that are leaders in their
industry.
I drive innovation, transitioning from a broad strategic view into an operational lens. I develop the capability and workforce that businesses need to deliver on strategic plans, while also bringing people on the journey so they feel like a critical part of their organisation’s evolution. I also bring unique experience in developing strategic partnerships to build scale and developing new innovative businesses to drive growth.
I am a member of the Society for Industrial Organizational Psychologists Australia (SIOPA) and a full member of the Institute of Management Consultants (IMC). Trained in ISO 20700:2017 Guidelines for Management Consultancy Services by CMC-Global.
